Our certified organic gelatinized maca is a concentrated form of maca made from the finest hand-selected maca root powder. It is heated under pressure to remove the starches, providing a higher concentration of nutritional content.  
Before the starch is removed, our maca roots are meticulously harvested, dried, and milled at low temperatures to preserve the vital nutrients.
